MJH Multi was awarded the construction of Azure which consists of 176 townhomes being built for our client Stockland.
The project is located at Stockland Elara Community at Marsden Park in the North West Growth Corridor of Sydney. The Azure townhomes project consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Townhomes as well as freestanding homes and a small number of retreats and studio apartments.
All of the new-home owners and residents have now moved in and made Elara home, within one of our stylish new townhomes. Residents are enjoying living in this rapidly growing region of Sydney's Norwest and taking advantage of all of the facilities, events and accessibility that it offers.
