MJH Multi has been awarded the contract to build 176 Townhomes as part of Stockland's Elara Community at Marsden Park in the North West Growth Corridor of Sydney.

The Azure Townhomes project is soon to commence and has been scheduled to finish mid-2018. The project consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Townhomes as well as freestanding homes and a number of studio apartments.

MJH Multi are working with the project team at Stockland and DKO Architecture to develop the construction documentation, of which is their 3rd project win in Sydney, for Stockland, in less than 3 years.

The key to MJH Multi's success with Stockland's projects has been finishing all projects within the agreed time frames.
