MJH Multi are currently building The Gallery precinct at the stunning Redbank Estate, North Richmond NSW. This elegant redefinition of modern, low maintenance living consists of 63 single and two storey homes, each offering a flowing indoor outdoor lifestyle.
Working in conjunction with leading builder McDonald Jones Homes, this small lot precinct has proven to be extremely popular and has been sold via split contract house and land packages. The project has benefited from being jointly marketed by Redbank and McDonald Jones Homes.
Added Peace of mind:
For the Gallery Precinct, home owners will enjoy the many benefits of Hitek steel framing when they move into their new homes. They will be able to enjoy greater precision, structural strength and durability, along with added peace of mind thanks to the elimination of future structural damage caused by termites.
MJH Multi NSW’s General Manager Ben Mathers outlined, “Building with steel provides numerous benefits for the home owners, in addition to the structural integrity this construction approach allows for a smooth construction delivery, thanks to the removal of unnecessary changes or wastage on site which is often associated with timber. Our clients are really pleased with the progress of their build and the construction teams are impressed with the integrity and ease at which they can build a home with steel as part of its structural DNA.”
