MJH Multi NSW have won the Stockland Altrove Townhouse project with construction on the first stage of the Corso Townhouses to commence shortly. The site has been prepared for construction to begin on the 53 Stockland Group designed townhouses due for completion in early 2019.
This project marks the fourth project Stockland has engaged Multi in, highlighting the confidence the Project Team has in Multi’s reliability and expertise.
Driving the Corso project, as well as Stockland’s Azure Townhouse construction at Elara, is MJH Multi Projects Delivery Manager, Andrew Edwards. As the main conduit for Stockland’s projects, Mr. Edwards has provided consistency in communication and has been able to gain a deep understanding of the systems and processes required.
“Our good working relationship with Stockland Project Management Team has allowed continuous improvement with each project.,” Mr. Edwards said.
Working with major Australian suppliers, such as Bradnams Windows, Reece Plumbing and On Site, these carefully considered, open plan, low maintenance townhouses are being built with both quality materials and inclusions as standard.
“Our team has high attention to detail and desire for maintaining a high standard of construction, which will be carried across to the Schofields project,” Mr. Edwards added.
This will also be the second project MJH Multi will be using Hitek Steel Frames, this time to generate awareness and funds for Touched By Olivia.
