MJH Multi have been appointed by Complete by McDonald Jones for the construction of their house & land packages at Cookes Hill Estate, Armidale.

Our experienced team have completed the construction of 7 house and land packages for Complete by McDonald Jones located within Cookes Hill Estate, Armidale - a McCloy Group residential estate.

These house and land packages all feature an inviting floorplan with 4-bedrooms, 2.5-bathrooms, 2-living spaces, and double lock-up garage. Each home design features a beautiful colour palette both inside and out selected by our exclusive interior design team at MyChoice Design Studio.

Constructed using the highest-quality materials and finishes from some of Australia’s leading building suppliers including:

  • Supaloc Steel Frames
  • Colorbond Roof, Fencing and Garage Door
  • Fisher & Paykel stainless-steel appliances
  • Silica free stone benchtops

A high degree of co-ordination was required across multiple trade disciplines, with construction concluding mid-2025.
