Construction of 40 Independent Living Unit Villas within Stage 3 of The Ponds Retirement Village.

Following on from the successful completion of Stages 6 and 7 of Anglicare's Glenhaven Retirement Village, MJH Multi won the contract to build Stage 3 of The Ponds Retirement Village.

The 40 Independent Living Units Villas were constructed in compliance with the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability) 2004, (SEPP-HSPD). The project was delivered in June 2017.
