Construction continues at Stockland’s Elara Community at Marsden Park, with the three stages driven by MJH Multi nearing completion despite trade shortages all on a tight time frame.
“It’s been a constant negotiation between the speed of the build and quality control,” MJH Multi Projects Delivery Manager Andrew Edwards highlighted.
“The Site Team have dealt with the challenge extremely well, demonstrating strong character to ensure high quality is maintained with the challenges a high demand on resources provides. Their strong sense of togetherness during the entire project has been the key to it’s inevitable success."
Stage 1 of the Azure Townhomes is closest to completion with only a few weeks until handover and Stage 2 following not long after with landscaping and interior already underway. The final stage of this project is estimated for completion in early July 2018, with the roofing phase concluding, scaffold being removed and the internals commencing.
This is only one of the projects MJH Multi is currently working on for Stockland in the Sydney region. The NSW team has also started work on Stage 1 of the Altrove Corso Townhomes set for completion in 2019.
